- Supplier Benchmarking and Market Research
- First Phase Negotiations
- Initial Recommendations – Renegotiation
or Re-tender
- Second Phase Negotiations
- Presentation of findings
- Agreement and sign off of final results
- Implementation.

and do not receive any commission payment or incentives. TSL’s
work is entirely objective and impartial.
